Recruitment Process Outsourcing
We will assign a dedicated recruitment consultant based at our client premises who will be responsible to handle the entire recruitment process on behalf of our clients including getting the requirements, analysis the requirements, sourcing, conducting first level of technical and non-technical interviews, background checking, coordinating with clients hiring managers, liaise with offer rollout and pre orientation.

Managed Service
MSP will take up the entire project requirement and be responsible for fulfilling the manpower request on contractual model for the specific assignment / Project. All the other statutory compliance will be handled by MSP.

Resources as a Service
MSP will provide our consultants/ resources either from the internal pool or from external sources on contractual model for a stipulated duration. MSP will be responsible for all statutory compliance including their salaries, payroll, Employment Permits, Taxes, Medical Coverage, accommodation (as the case may be) and charges a monthly fee.
